Tutto Porchetta
A fan-favorite has returned! Tutto Porchetta, our dreamy and rustic Italian herb seasoning made in collaboration with the California-based Fatted Calf Charcuterie, is newly back in stock. Loved by many for its hearty medley of savory garlic blended with black pepper, rosemary and sweet fennel seed, it adds a little extra Tuscan warmth to any recipe, meat or veggie. Try it in a pot of beans, or enjoy its jalapeño, coriander, allspice and oregano notes in a rich Italian-style sausage.

Tutto Porchetta Recipes
Tutto Porchetta means “Everything Porchetta” in Italian, but it’s not just for pork. Use it in slow-simmered Zuppa Di Farro soup, or creamy, beany Fagioli Alla Porchetta; try it in Warm Marinated Olives or a fragrant, golden Turkey (or Chicken) Al’ Tutto. One customer wrote an ode: “Oh Tutto Porchetta, how do I love thee? I love thee on chicken, lamb, pork, pasta, veggies...Seriously, this blend is magic.”
