Hello lovely subscribers!

Sorry to intrude into your day again, but some of you may have received some emails talking about Penthusiasms, and making mention of Penthusiasts, The Writeous and The Inkredible, and you may have thought... Oh my - what's going on? Has Cult Pens finally lost it?

Well you'll be pleased to hear that we haven't. At least, we don't think so! We're still us, and it's all good!

What's going on is that we're in the process of launching a loyalty scheme. We've called it Pen Pals. Obviously.

We can't do it ourselves, so we use another company to give us a hand, and as a result we're now wrestling with the emails. We've got them in a headlock and they're about to throw in the towel, so keep an eye out for Pen Pals emails that are definitely 'us'.

So while all that's going on, here's what you should know...

Penthusiasm Points are what you earn (just 'points' sounded a bit lame to us)
You'll find yourself a member of a tier:
- If you're mildly enthusiastic, you're a Penthusiast
- If you're very keen, you're The Writeous
- And if you're a really quite over the top, you're Inkredible
You can earn Penthusiasms by
- Buying something
- Subscribing to Penorama, and
- Following us on Instagram
And - once you've reached 50 (Penthusiasm Points, that is, not years) - you can spend them too!
What's more, you can refer a friend and both of you will get a 10% discount.

Any downsides? Nope.
