Made with our friends at Bittercube, this extract is expertly formulated through a special high-temperature finishing extraction process that brings out the many layers of flavorful volatile essential oils in high-quality vanilla.

Bittercube co-founder Ira explains: "During our R&D process, we carefully evaluated nearly every commercially available extract, and we’re proud to have developed a product that stands out. At Bittercube, we take a unique approach to bitters-making by using spirits like whiskey, rum, and brandy to infuse botanicals, rather than relying solely on neutral spirits. These spirits add texture, flavor, and complexity. For our vanilla extract, we use rum and American whiskey to complement and enhance the rich, tannic qualities of the vanilla. The result is a one-of-a-kind extract that we’re excited to share with you."
