Marc Murphy Pasta Night Blends
Introducing Pasta Night, three new spice blends embodying the rich, savory flavors of a trio of Italian classics. PASTA NIGHT TRIO
Bolognese Pasta Night Blend
Traditionally a meat-based sauce, our Bolognese blend features garlicky savoriness lightened by sweet shallot, herby thyme and oregano, balanced by the umami of Sun-Dried Tomato Powder. It’s warmly spiced with nutmeg and white pepper for hearty comfort. Marc recommends using this blend in any protein or ragu and “all your favorite dishes, from cozy tomato sauces to spiced cauliflower steaks.”
Cacio E Pepe Pasta Night Blend
Cacio e Pepe is cheesy to the core: rich Romano cheese takes center stage, joined by an abundance of Zanzibar Black Peppercorns and Fermented White Pepper, plus a sprinkle of garlic for 3-dimensional flavor. In pastas and veggies, Marc recommends adding a touch of butter: "Watch the flavors come alive, giving you a robust burst of just-right heat and depth.” We love it on popcorn too!
Diavolo Pasta Night Blend
Bring on the heat! The magic of 3s comes alive in Diavolo with three chilis (Silk Chili, Cobanero, Black Urfa), backed by garlic, oregano and bay leaf. It’s spicy and smoky with a hint of salt, balanced by black lime and sun-dried tomato to make it all pop. Just add to canned tomatoes and your favorite cut of pasta for an easy dinner, or use this blend to season steak, seafood, chicken or beans and potatoes.
