Milu Chili Crisp
Our nutty, crunchy, savory Chili Crisp is back in stock! This chili crisp has a milder heat index and incorporates toasted soy nuts for extra crunch factor, leading with deep, umami flavors of preserved black beans and mushroom powder. A blend of floral Burlap & Barrel spices, including cumin, coriander and cardamom, brings this snacky condiment beyond just hot and spicy.
Last sold out in June, we’ve got a new batch ready just in time to heat things up for chillier weather and holiday gifting.

Made in collaboration with Milu, an NYC eatery by chef Connie Chung that pays homage to historic Hong Kong–style cafes, this Chili Crisp is delightful on everything from sandwiches and noodles to peanut butter toast and even ice cream. Stir into sauces and dips, use on veggies, seafood or eggs any-style, and instantaneously upgrade leftovers with a spoonful or two.
