Hi s,
You already know — what you eat can have a huge impact on how you look.
But new research is showing… how much you eat might be just as important…
Especially if you want to look younger.
You see, a recent study published in the research journal Cell found that when mice were put on a low-calorie diet for 6 months…
It actually slowed down the aging process.
Amazing, right?
And, there’s reason to believe this works the same way in humans.
Now, this is good news and bad news.
The good news is, we may now have a PROVEN way to slow down the aging process — just by watching what we eat!
But the bad news is… well, who wants to count calories? Doesn’t sound like much fun to me...
Unless you’ve got a few tricks up your sleeve.
My personal favorite?
It’s called the 50/50 Hack.
We’ve all seen those ‘calorie comparison’ pictures, right?
You know, the ones showing you could eat a handful of fries or a MOUNTAIN of broccoli for the same number of calories. (I don’t know about you… but I’d still rather eat the fries!)
Well, the 50/50 Hack is an easy way to use this principle to your advantage… without giving up the foods you love (or eating piles of bland veggies).
Just make 50% of the food you’re craving…
And replace the other 50% with a low-cal food that’s similar in taste and texture. Here are some examples:
What about those creamy sauces and condiments?
For me, a huge pitfall is creamy condiments and sauces. Mayo, salad dressings, cream cheese, alfredo sauce… they just make ANYTHING more delicious!
Unfortunately, they’re packed with unnecessary calories.
Luckily, the 50/50 hack works here too…
Just use HALF the amount you normally would, and mix in an equal amount of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
That smooth, creamy texture you’re craving will still be there, but with far fewer calories.
Using this technique, you’ll fill up with the same amount of food, enjoy the same great flavors and textures — and effortlessly cut calories.
I’ve been doing it here and there for a few weeks now and I feel great…
And my patients who’ve been using this method are reporting more energy… slimmer waistlines… and renewed, glowing skin!
So give it a try and let me know how it goes...
And if you come across any easy 50/50 hacks I should try, hit ‘reply’ and let me know!

P.S. One more thing I wanted to mention — if you’re serious about watching your calorie intake, restaurants can be a HUGE trap.
Trust me, I know. My favorite lunch spot near the office has a seafood pasta dish that takes up half the table… and it’s my FAVORITE!
But here’s a super easy trick: Ask for a to-go container as soon as your entree arrives… then, immediately pack half your food up.
By waiting until the end, it becomes much harder to control the urge to clean your plate.
And believe me, this hack won’t leave you hungry. Restaurant portions are normally so huge, you’ll still be left with a very plentiful meal (and lunch for tomorrow!)
