We are down to our final cases of Campo alle Comete’s 95pt red blend. The estate spans 17 hectares, mostly made of vines planted between 17 and 31 years ago. Stupore Rosso is composed of Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon, it is deeply hued with juicy notes of dark cherries and ripe blackberry. Hints of mocha and spice are woven throughout, adding depth and balance, and culminating in a lengthy and vibrant finish.
This wine earned multiple 93+ scores, including a very high 95-point rating from Wine Spectator and promises at least another decade of enjoyment—a must for any lover of Tuscan wines!
