Protein-Packed Turkey Chili.
What You’ll Need:
▪️1 lb lean ground turkey ▪️1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed ▪️1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies ▪️1 cup low-sodium chicken broth ▪️1 tbsp olive oil ▪️1 small onion, chopped ▪️1 packet chili seasoning mix
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned.
Add beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, and chili seasoning. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
