A Variety of Payment Methods for You

We are proud to present our new layaway plan as another payment option for our customers. Any order at The Black Art Depot is eligible for our Layaway Plan which is powered by and secured by Paypal via Lay-Buy.

HOW TO PUT IT ON LAYAWAY

It's easy to put your order on Layaway! To put an order on layaway select Lay-Buy as the payment method during checkout.

FEES

A .09% Administrative Fee is charged on all Layaway Purchases. This fee does not come to The Black Art Depot. It is a processing fee charged by Paypal and Lay-Buy.

DEPOSIT

An initial deposit of either 20%, 25%, 30%, 40% or 50% (Buyer Option) must be paid when the layaway plan is initiated.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The buyer has the option of paying off the balance after the initial deposit in 1 to 4 monthly installments (Buyer Option). The credit card or paypal account provided will be charged every month per the payment schedule displayed and accepted when initiating the layaway plan. Early pay-offs are allowed. If you would like to payoff your order early please call (1-800-525-7249) or email (support@blackartdepot.com) our office. Once notified we will send you an invoice where you can securely pay the remaining balance via Paypal.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Layaway plans can be canceled at anytime by the buyer. A $20.00 cancellation fee is applicable on all cancelled orders that do not contain limited editions or original works of art. Orders that contain limited editions or original works of art have a cancellation fee of 20% of the total value of the order.

MISSED PAYMENTS

The seller reserves the right to cancel any layaway plan if two of the following occur during the accepted payment period: declined transaction, missed payment, or late payment. If the seller cancels the layaway plan due to payment issues the customer will be responsible for 20% of the total value of the order. Any remaining funds collected will be refunded to the buyer's account.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Once the buyer has made the final payment, the associated order will ship in 1 to 5 business days.
