Bear Claus is a 50/50 mix of chocolate-forward Guatemalan beans and a fruit-forward Kenya Nyeri, for a rich, welcoming cup. I taste sparkling apple cider, pomegranate juice, and fig preserves, within a big, lush body of rich, smooth chocolate. A warm cinnamon spice lingers in the finish, for a touch of festive holiday cheer.
