Hydrangea Early Evolution is more compact than most panicle hydrangeas, only growing to approximately 2+ feet tall and wide, fitting nicely in a small urban garden or in a pretty patio pot.
Early Evolution hydrangea begins setting buds as early as late spring and continues to be covered in blossoms until fall. The large, showy flowers appear in unique flattened softly colored clusters that continually change color throughout the season, giving the shrub a lacy, multicolored appearance. Originally lime-white, the flowers soon become pure white, and as summer progresses, they begin to blush salmon pink until finally turning dark pink in fall.
