I’m thrilled to share some exciting updates about our upgraded Expert Rewards Program! We’ve listened to your feedback and made improvements to simplify the rewards redemption process and make earning cash back even easier. This is just the beginning, as we’ll be rolling out more features in the coming months.

Here’s What’s New:

1. Cash Back Instead of Points
We’ve switched to a cash back system! No more points to track or convert. Your current points balance has been automatically converted into cash back and will show in the account portal.

2. No More Annoying Coupons
We’ve eliminated coupons to streamline your experience (and ours). Now, you can use your cash back directly within your Account portal for renewal boxes, or at checkout—quick and hassle-free.

3. Free Gifts & Surprises
With the new program, we’re adding fun perks like free items and one-time discounts. We’ll notify you via email and in the portal when you’re eligible, so you’ll never miss out.

4. Rewards Tiers
Here's how it works:
• Amazing: 3% Cash Back - first 2 consecutive orders
• Fabulous: 4% Cash Back - 3rd thru 6th consecutive order
• Gorgeous: 5% Cash Back - 7th consecutive order and beyond

If you pause, skip, or reschedule a box, it does not impact your Rewards level. The only thing impacting Rewards level is a subscription cancellation.

If you have an active subscription, you’ll also earn cash back on one-time orders based on your Rewards tier. For non-subscribers, you’ll earn 3% cash back on all one-time purchases.
