HOT NEW WAYS TO CHILL Maybe your holiday tradition is to stock the fridge with eggnog before–to paraphrase Homer Simpson–“the government takes it away from us!” Maybe you’ll be eating egg rolls at a Chinese restaurant. Or perhaps you’ve got “Home Alone” and Mariah Carey on repeat. (No judgment!) HexClad staffers are all over the place, tradition-wise, too. Here are three riffs we particularly loved.  Head of Content Matt Duckor’s mini pizza and root beer float dinner sounds pretty rad for a tree-decorating party. Grown-ups and kids alike choose how to top their pizzas and scoop their own ice cream into floats. Matt breaks out the HexClad Hybrid Pizza Steel “because mini pizzas deserve killer, restaurant-quality crust, too.” Italian-American food director Laura Rege’s family celebrates Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, including two mainstays: fried calamari and Spaghetti alle Vongole (with clams). “We usually serve the calamari with a horseradish-y cocktail sauce and lemon wedges, but pairing it with aioli for a combo dip is extra-special. This year, I’ll be pulling out my 8-quart Hybrid Stock Pot to boil the pasta, and I’ll make the sauce and calamari in my biggest Deep Sauté Pan.” Jarrale Daniels, Junior Content Manager, says holidays are all about returning to his Chicago hometown for the warm embrace of family and a mac and cheese that makes him forget the blue box ever existed. “I love getting the chance to see my parents and have their amazing home cooking including my mom’s famous potato salad, my aunt’s baked mac and cheese and her dressing, and my dad’s fried turkey. My mom is over-the-moon excited to use her HexClad gear this year.” [ SHOP HOLIDAY SALE ] Give a friend $100 to spend on HexClad and earn a FREE reward for yourself!
