As a friend of Heirloom Roses, we know you are already inspired to make your space more beautiful, one rose at a time. As you experience the joy that a home-grown bouquet brings, imagine how impactful it would be to share that joy with those who need a smile or encouragement.
This is why we are so excited to partner with our friend, Deanna Kitchen, founder of the Growing Kindness Project. The Growing Kindness team promotes generosity through flowers, encouraging their members to create and gift bouquets to hospitals, care homes, shelters, and throughout their communities. Many Growing Kindness members don’t have the means to create extravagant cutting gardens, so the group shares not only resources and education, but also tubers, seeds, and plants to help build each other’s gardens with the intention of giving the flowers they grow away.
Given your love of growing, we knew you would be excited to learn about this amazing non-profit. That’s why we are proud to partner with the Growing Kindness Project this Giving Tuesday (December 3) by matching donations up to $5,000!
You already know the huge impact that beautiful blooms bring when we gift them to others. So join with us today in gifting resources too. Any donation you make, we will double to make even more of an impact in showing kindness and compassion to those who need it most.
Be sure to visit Growing Kindness to donate and learn how you can make a difference in your own community with the gift of flowers. Your simple donation could start a ripple effect of flowers for years to come. So, every time you cut a bouquet in your garden, you can enjoy it even more knowing that your generosity is sending bouquets out to those who need kindness most, year after year after year.
