**Based on a Member’s quarterly purchases, for every $250 spent on products and services, a $10 BeautyCard is awarded. The maximum value BeautyCard issued is $150. Any balance of quarterly spend that is below the threshold to receive the $10 BeautyCard is forfeited and does not carry over to the following quarter. Similarly, any quarterly spend remaining after the maximum $150 value BeautyCard has been issued does not carry over to the following quarter. A BeautyCard is awarded four times per year in January, April, July, and October.
